Sun, Sea and Sand at Casa Teresita – Lobo Batangas

Casa Teresita is the newest private beachfront property in Lobo, Batangas owned by husband and wife, Gerardo (Jun) and Teresita Ramirez. Jun is a product of La Salle Green Hills class of 75.

Casa Teresita is a spacious 1,200 square meter property perfect for family or barkada trips, company outings, and team building.

Only two and a half-hour-drive from Manila, Casa Teresita is best for couples looking for an accessible, relaxing, and quiet venue for an intimate destination wedding. Casa Teresita Lobo is also open for guests who wish to use the prime property for special gatherings and pool parties.

Located inside Gerthel Beach Resort, which is also owned by the Ramirez family. Gerthel Beach, is the first resort in Lobo, Batangas with over 1km shoreline. It was named after the parents of Jun – Gerardo and Ethel.

Team AnimoMagazine had a great time watching the sunset at the horizon while sipping our favorite single malt with Jun. The following morning, we enjoyed an early swim on the almost kilometer clean beach with the soft waves of the ocean coming into the shore.

The Space

Guests can enjoy a private room good for couples or families. All rooms spacious and are equipped with air conditioning units, shower, and toilets.

When you want to feel the beauty of the outdoors, come and relax in the 2 floor Pavilion which is equipped with a kitchen, 3 toilets and baths, bar with cable T.V.

A La Sallite Family Affair

Adrian, one of the four kids of Jun and Teresita handles bookings. He also “make sure that excellent customer service is provided before, during, and after the stay. Adrian adds that he works “closely with my wife, Sweeden, who takes care of the social media postings on our Facebook and Instagram accounts via @casateresitalobo”.

Adrian is a pure green La Sallite, from Grade School to High School at La Salle Green Hills and college at De La Salle University. He and his wife Sweeden Velado-Ramirez will soon be proud parents to Tessa Clara V. Ramirez (to be born on March, 2020)
